PEARL HARBOR, HI. — Naval Health Clinic Hawaii (NHCH) put a spooky spin on patient safety this fall. The NHCH Quality Management Department (QMD) organized a ‘Room of Errors’ patient safety training activity with a Halloween theme for clinic staff.
