BHC Makalapa and BHC Kaneohe Bay provide Women’s Health and Pregnancy services for active duty service members, their families and retirees.

Be sure to get early and regular prenatal care to ensure you have a healthy pregnancy. You should also get recommended breast cancer, cervical cancer, and bone density screenings. Our goal is to ensure the health and readiness of all women at every stage of life.
Walk-In Contraceptive Services
Get all your contraceptive care in one place: BHC Makalapa's Contraceptive Care Walk-in Clinic. No appointment needed; walk-ins are welcome! The Walk-in Contraceptive Clinic is open to all enrolled TRICARE beneficiaries. The clinic is open every Monday, 1 to 4 p.m., except federal holidays.

- Monday - Wednesday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Thursday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Friday: 8 - 11:30 a.m.

TRICARE covers well-woman exams annually for women under age 65 with no cost-share or copayment. TRICARE offers coverage for many women’s health services, including:
