To make, cancel, reschedule appointments or contact your healthcare team, you may contact 1-888- MTF-APPT (683-2778), Monday - Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
To message to your healthcare team, schedule/reschedule or request appointments, review laboratory/radiology results, request prescription renewal/refill you may send a message via MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.
The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is a secure website for 24/7 access to your health information, including managing appointments and exchanging messages with your care team.
